Delivery Areas

We offer delivery services to the following areas:

• Lagos: Free standard delivery on orders over ₦100,000. Flat ₦3,000 delivery fee for orders under ₦100,000.
• Outside Lagos (Within Nigeria): 2-3 business day delivery. Delivery fees may vary depending on location and order size. Please contact us for a quote.
• USA and UK: Delivery available for customers craving African foods. Delivery times and fees may vary. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule

• We strive to process and deliver all orders within 24 hours within Lagos and 2-3 business days for locations outside Lagos.
• Deliveries are typically scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• We do not offer deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Placement

• We recommend placing your orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Product Availability

• We make every effort to maintain consistent stock of all items.
• In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer suitable alternatives or to process a refund for the unavailable item.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications or cancellations to orders can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Please contact our customer service team to request any changes.

In-Store Pickup

• Customers within Lagos have the option to pick up their orders at our store in Idado, Lekki Lagos.
• Please select the “In-Store Pickup” option during checkout and bring a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.
