2.1 We offer a wide variety of food products, including frozen foods (Orobo chicken, Soft chicken, Full chicken, Panla, Gizzard, Tilapia, Normal lap, Goat meat, Titus, Sausage, Croaker, Wings, Turkey), smoked/grilled delicacies, spices, nuts, and cooked dishes.
2.2 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
2.3 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 To place an order, you may contact us through our designated phone number or other communication channels as provided.
3.2 Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept cash and mobile money payments (details provided upon order placement).
3.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in pricing or product information.
4. Delivery
4.1 We offer delivery services within the Idado, Lekki Lagos area.
4.2 Delivery fees may apply, and they will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
4.3 We strive to deliver orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Refunds and Returns
5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
5.2 However, if you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit, at our discretion.

6.1 We are committed to providing safe and high-quality food products. We source our products from trusted suppliers and adhere to strict quality control measures.
6.2 However, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or other substances that may cause adverse reactions in certain individuals. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
